记帐货币 - If any court gives a judgment in the bank s favour for any amounts owing by the customer and such judgment is expressed in a currency the " judgment currency " other than the currency in which such amounts are owing to the bank the " currency of account " , the customer shall fully indemnify the bank in respect of all actual losses which it may at any time suffer as a result of any difference between the rate or rates of exchange used for such purpose to convert the sum in question from the currency of account into the judgment currency and the rate or rates of exchange at which the bank may purchase the currency of account with the judgment currency upon receipt of a sum paid to it in satisfaction , in whole or in part , of any such judgment
C倘若任何法院对客户的任何欠款判本行胜诉，而该项判决是以客户欠款的货币下称账户货币以外之货币计算下称判决货币，则客户须悉数弥偿本行因以下两项的差额而导致本行在任何时间所蒙受之所有真实亏损： i将倘欠的账户货币兑换成判决货币时之汇率及ii本行于收到用以清偿全部或部份判决的款项时以判决货币购买账户货币之汇率。
